FIA Inspector test Syllabus

  FIA Inspector test Syllabus:

FPSC has announced  62 posts of inspectors in Federal Investigating Agency in adevertisement published on Friday November 2, 2018.

FPSC has followed the following syllabus in FIA past papers. Test will be based on MCQs type test.

Part-1 English 30%:

English portion may consists of:

1-English vocabulary

2-Composition

3-Sentence structuring

MCQs may like on :

Synonyms, Antonyms, Analogies, Prepositions, Completing sentences, Idioms & Phrases, Direct Indirect, Active Voice & Passive Voice.

Part-2 Quantitative/ Analytical  reasoning 25%:

The portion ma consists of:

1- Percentage related questions

2-Average

3-Distance & Time

4-Areas of square & Rectangles 

5-Series Questions

Analytical reasoning is most complicated section so prepare it very well.

Part-3 Computer (Internet skills +MS Office) 25%:

Computer related questions mainly related to MS office ( Microsoft word, Excel, Power point)

Part-4 Current Affairs /Islamyat/Ethics 20%:

This section is consists of questions related to Current Affairs (National+International), 

General Knowledge, Islamyat, Ethics, Pakistan Affairs

              Prepare yourself as you can because after hard work there is a success.

لاہور : مسلم لیگ ن کے صدر اور سابق وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب شہباز شریف کے ریمانڈ میں چودہ روز کی توسیع کر دی گئی ۔ تفصیلات کے مطابق شہباز شریف کو آج احتساب عدالت لایا گیا ۔ شہبازشریف کو سید نجم الحسن کی عدالت میں پیش کیا گیا۔عدالت میں ملزم شہباز شریف کی پیشی پر کمرہ عدالت میں وکلا کے نعروں پر جج سید نجم الحسن نے کہا کہ اس شور شرابے میں کیسے کیس کی سماعت کروں گا؟ احتساب عدالت میں سماعت کے آغاز پرنیب کے وکیل نے شہبازشریف کے مزید جسمانی ریمانڈ کی استدعا کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ گذشتہ ریمانڈ میں اسمبلی اجلاس کی وجہ سے تفتیش نہ ہوسکی۔

نیب نے آشیانہ ہاؤسنگ اسکینڈل میں نیب کورٹ سے استدعا کی کہ شہباز شریف کو 15 روزہ جسمانی ریمانڈ دیا جائے۔

شہبازشریف نے عدالت میں کہا کہ حلفاً کہتا ہوں پروڈکشن آرڈرکے دوران بھی مجھ سے تفتیش کرتے رہے۔تفتیشی افسر نے عدالت کو بتایا کہ ملزم شہبازشریف نے انہیں دھمکی دی جس پر شہبازشریف نے کہا کہ میں نے کوئی دھمکی نہیں دی ، مجھ

پر عائد یہ الزام غلط ہے۔

Sources of International Law

The term 'source' refers to methods or procedure by which international law is created.

Types of sources:

1-Formal sources:

"The former are those legal procedures and methods for the creation of rules of general application which are legally binding on the addresses".

2-Material sources

" The material sources provide evidence of the existence of rules which when proved, have the status of legally binding rules of general application.

The sources of international law may be classified into following categories;

1-Customs

2-Treaties

3-General principles of law recognized by civilized nations

4-Decisions of judicial or arbitral  tribunals 

5-Juristic works 

6-Decisions of determinations of the organs of international inistitutions
