Sources of International Law
The term 'source' refers to methods or procedure by which international law is created.
Types of sources:
1-Formal sources:
"The former are those legal procedures and methods for the creation of rules of general application which are legally binding on the addresses".
2-Material sources
" The material sources provide evidence of the existence of rules which when proved, have the status of legally binding rules of general application.
